Nice time waster, ads are completely optional. The game itself is fun to play and not complicated. A few things bothered me though: - what are the pinatas for? are we supposed to catch it? - the poison ring is so hard to be noticeable - all the weapons feel the same until much later in the game. - status effects may make an impact in damage calculation, but it is hard to notice during game play. - video preview of different heroes is stuck at loading overall, I had a good time playing it.
This game has a ton of potential, but it's hard to keep interest with how heavily it's monetized. The game has two different currencies: Coins are used for upgrading your character and gear, and Gems are used to buy things from the in-game shops for insane prices. In the beginning you'll complete lots of starter challenges with gem rewards, but then you'll run out of challenges. Then, the only ways to get Gems is by waiting 3 irl days for enough gems for one box, or paying real money for them.
It's a decent game. Only problems I had with it is when u keep buying the premium chest for 280 gems, I come pretty close to getting my auto epic (every 10th pull) and I would come back the next day, and it would be reset to 10 pulls. Done this a couple times and wanted to say something to the makers. And evidently u have to download another app just to send feedback. What the hell!. So it's a waste if u use the premium chests.
So many price tags. Every single page is basically being you to spend real currency on items. Levels are super easy, the only threat is so many objects in the way that you simply can't see. Forced tutorials heavily limit what you can do at first, especially if you beat the levels first try and get tutorial upon tutorial. This game is either extremely badly optimized, or it's mining crypto, as my phone gets hot while playing it. (Samsung galaxy S10e. NOT supposed to be getting hot.)
