Game requests permission to make/manage phone calls. I rejected it and played just fine for an hour or two. However, reopening the game later didn't load anything at all. It sat on a splash screen indefinitely. Reinstalling on an older device and allowing calls didn't have this problem. Whether this was the cause or there's a compatibility issue with modern devices, no idle game needs these permissions. Ever.
just like alot of other people theres a major problem with the topping up system, where players cant seem to top-up for some reason. This issue as been going on for a while now causing me to miss limited event units, and costumes. This game needs a better top-up system, or a way to deal with this. Until then its just a normal alright game, with other P2W players.
Dropped my score. It's still aggressively monetized, the menus are a disaster, you don't actually play the game so much as you just watch it play itself, and everyone is right about the customer service. Game bugged out and got stuck in a tutorial I could neither complete nor cancel and no amount of cache clearing and reinstalling would resolve. Everyone is right about customer service. I've received no help, not even from their AI chat bot. Skip this "game".
I give it such a low rating because of the server to server bull. You spend all this time building your characters up and leveling up and when a friend joins you and doesn't have the same option for servers and you have to switch servers you have to start all over it is especially frustrating when you put money in the game so yeah I don't like that other then that it is a great game
