HOW TDEE IS USED -----------------------------
Total Daily Energy Expenditure is the total number of calories your body will burn in one day.
If your burned calories are GREATER THAN your daily calorie intake, you will LOSE WEIGHT.
If your burned calories are LESS THAN your daily calorie intake, you will GAIN WEIGHT.
If your burned calories are EQUAL to your daily calorie intake, you will MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT.

Every ten lbs or so I like to recalculate my TDEE to make sure I'm maintaining a calorie deficit. I like using the same app, so it's consistent. I wouldn't use it for anything more than this. I do have it in my 'health' app folder for easy access.
Simple but useful! I like being able to calculate TDEE without having to find an online calculator, and the interface doesn't have any obnoxious extras. It's exactly what it says on the tin!
