the app would be great if there wasn't a premium subscription for additional content. i spend nearly $400 on a product (not even a top end product by this company) and can't utilize more than a few workouts and scenic routes. I'm frustrated with everything being a subscription, especially regarding this app and product, while being a beginner runner. it's just discouraging and disappointing. at least let us have all the scenic routes, if not all the beginner workouts, too.
I've had this walking pad & app for 4 days. It's downloaded in my iPad and android phone. For the 1st 3 days, it was great. Here I am on day 4 using my iPad and I'm getting a Request Failed: (null) error message. I tried logging on with my phone on wifi and same message. As I'm reading reviews, I see a user mentioned it works on cellular network which I tried and yes. This is ridiculous! I'm glad I haven't had a chance to upgrade to Premium yet. Some of those complaints were years ago...!
I am not having any issues with this program as of yet only thing I would like to suggest is can we get music that is country specific for the virtual runs/walks in those countries and can we get a larger assortment of music that we could use with each work out. It would be great to say click on a walk that is in Italy and here some local music instead of the same 2 songs that always play. Variety in the music would go a long way to making this app even better.
Started using this about 3 months ago. At first I thought it was great. As my workouts have improved, my opinion has changed. I also have not subscribed because of a problem with custom workouts. The slider where you enter the speed you wish to go during each leg of your workout is very dodgy and it takes several attempts to select the speed, because once you lift your finger, speed changes so it often takes several attempts to select the speed you want.
