Susan's best friend Folnur has gone crazy and killed old Maaron! What has changed in Folnur? Who or what forced these changes? This time, Susan will have to solve a problem not of universal importance, but important for herself. Susan will again go back in time to understand the reasons for what happened. On the way, she will meet old friends who will unite into a team. However, an old enemy will appear, whom Susan will never suspect to return. All the puzzles from the past and the present will come together in this story!

I'm a huge fan of the Lost Lands series and have played each one dozens of times. This one has good storyline and gameplay. I liked that we got to see Corko and Joko again, but I've also got some big problems! $20 for the game and there's no Strategy Guide 🙄, Folnur's voice is NOT the original one and it's so far from it that it's distracting, Corko's voice is not the same either but not so problematic as Folnur's, and the game dashboard is generic to the point of being lame. We expect better!
Once again with five-bn games, you cannot bypass difficult puzzles and watch the 10 ads instead. When you 'Skip' so as to move forward in the game, it says there are no ads to watch. So, you can't finish the game and have to un-install. Which is unfortunate since the graphics and story are good. I don't care for five-bn puzzles. Too many are difficult and boring 😴
While I enjoyed playing this game, it had the same issues that made me not enjoy 8 as much — in games 1 to 7, if there was an item that you will need, most of the time, you could just pick it up. Now, most of the items need you go click and "look" somewhere, the character decides she needs that item, and FINALLY you can pick it up after going thru 3 different story progress points to do so. I'm really sorry if this isn't clear; I can't figure out a better way to word it. 😬 Love the game, still.
Typical for the franchise, this has an engaging story, continuous puzzles and problem solving, and interesting scenes. I would give 5 stars, but they put an adventure/physics minigame in the middle of a puzzle game, which is totally out of place and completely ruins my experience, since it's a reflex test that I can't puzzle my way through. These are not accessible and it's disappointing to see this thoughtless design that becomes an impassable barrier to finishing the game.
