* Receive low or high glucose alarms with FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors [2]
* Add notes to track your food, insulin use and exercise
* See reports, such as Time in Range and Daily Patterns
* Share your data with your doctor and family, with your permission [3]
SMARTPHONE COMPATIBILITY
Compatibility may vary between phones and operating systems. Learn more about compatible phones at http://FreeStyleLibre.com.
USING YOUR APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alarms can only be issued on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone (not both). To receive alarms on your phone, you must start the sensor with the app. To receive alarms on your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you must start the sensor with your reader. Once the sensor has been started with the reader, you can also scan that sensor with your phone.
Remember that the app and reader do not share data with each other. For complete information on a device, scan your sensor every eight hours with that device; otherwise, your reports will not include all your data. You can upload and view data from all of your devices on LibreView.com.

worst sensor ive used ever!! once your glucose is low and is low for long time it shuts down even if you have days left, you contact the support and the give you one in replacement and the same problem presists,
The device is accurate & easy to install. The app gives an error messages for most readings, even when they are successful & correct. It gives a reading error even without nearing it to the sensor. The device uses the impractical NFC while BT can gives spontaneous readings. Suggest: add a view for shorter intervals, show the reading when touching any place on the timeline, make the logbook easily accessible, add glucocheck results & oral drugs. Can't install on Galaxy Tab.
the app is crashing every time I try to scan the sensor and is showing a message that says nfc is not supported by my phone even though I've been using it for almost 2 years now and i never had this issue. but this problem is new im guessing its something has to do with the new ui 8 update but it's been a while and it should be fixed by now. I can't even add notes or scan the sensor properly. I hope you fix this issue as soon as possible.
I have used the app and the devices several times already. at first I was impressed by the sensors' performance and up to date blood sugar information over a course of 15 days, 24/7. However, many times the sensors suffered from sudden breakdowns and cease of function for no obvious reasons. At other times, the sensor did not work at the time of installation and I received an error message instructing me to replace the sensor. An absolute junk for the money paid.
