Having my medical history and access to physicians, in my pocket, is invaluable. It is fairly intuitive and helps immensely when juggling multiple physicians for upcoming procedures. BUT... Although there is a pop up bubble to print documents, the app always says to 'try again later". Not a huge deal since the documents are accessible on your device, but if it's there, it should work. 5 stars if I get to print. 😃
Can't actually view any specific information when I make a selection. For example, I have messages to view, but when selected, all I get is a blank screen. Same with scheduling appointments, viewing test results, etc. I have to use my computer to actually see anything, so no point in using the mobile app. My Froedert doctor is wonderful, the app, not so much.
Fed up with trying to get this app to work!! Used to be able to pop right into Mychart after entering my password! But, now the intro screen is a jumbled mess! There are 3 separate login pages, one on top of the other, none of which works!! Doesn't matter where you press your finger, NOTHING HAPPENS! Thought it was a simple glitch initially, but now it's been weeks with the same frozen screen and NO access! Get on the ball Froedtert IT! I need a "working" Mychart phone app!!
Would never use this app if it wasnt forced upon us. Never been harder to get treatment or schedule appointments. Not only do they want to waste your time with multiple appointments, they expect you to help troubleshoot their app all while raising your cost of healtcare... or perhaps a better name for this is healthstare as you are forced to stare at error after error and excuse after excuse. real cool.
