I love the game so far, it's fun, and it feel fresh, there are few details that the game has that it makes it feel better, keeping the color of the runes after powering up, the animations and the heroes are great. There are few things that I wish you could add later in the future; 1. Filtering and Sorting the heroes you own (including the runes, not the whole list of heroes), for example by level, rarity, element, etc. 2. Runes too, I think selling by batch depending on some criteria.
The game itself is decent. Customer support is not. Purchased an in-game pack, used the items, and then the game updated. After the update, my account was reverted prior to the purchase, and all items disappeared. Customer support has been unreachable, and as a result, I've had to request a refund through Google Play.
I really enjoy Element Fission, and love collecting the monsters. The game has lots of new content and monsters. Overall a fun game that you actually don't need to spend a fortune on.
I've played Summoners War for years, and this game is just better. Fun, F2P friendly and a great progression system. Great Devs too, with regular improvement and open to feedback.
