I love the game itself. The problem is that there are too many ads. There's an ad after every turn. That's ridiculous when you have to watch two long ads to collect diamonds. Another problem is that this and your other games keep sending me back to reload before I can even complete my turn. Please fix this! Lastly, this and your other games use so much battery power that they heat up my phone. The other games I mention are Farkle, Dice Words, and Word Wise. My experience with all is the same
Takes too long to get through the rounds, especially when there's so many ads. Ads open up other apps (if you don't touch the 'x' just right to close it - they make it hard to close ON PURPOSE,) or Internet browser, which is infuriating. You do not have my permission to open other apps on my phone. Some ads force you to go through at least 3 screens just to close them. On Duel Journey, it won't let you go to the next level when you tap on 'next level,' it just creates a new game. Not fun to play
I like the game but It's what I call a trap game.They don't show a lot of ads at first until you build things up knowing you don't want to lose your progress and then there's ads after every turn.They make a lot of money on those ads. I don't know I just don't like ad's not a lot of them. remind me of how selfish companies can be. I'm not going to play it anymore.
Update** -Went from 3-5 stars! I've been playing this game for a while. The app doesn't crash like it used to, a definite improvement there. And the ads can be bypassed which is also great. These are nice changes! I would love to see some additional tile options. Loathe the ads and the cost of going ad free is highway robbery. When I decide to watch an ad for additional tile change the app crashes and I don't get my letters! The ads will eventually cause me to uninstall this game, I know it.
