I had initial login issues with the game until I restarted the app. It wouldn't let me enter a username or password. Now the game runs great. The only thing keeping it from 5-star is the online functionality. Connecting takes a while, sometimes times out, and the lobby function needs enhancement. You should be able to see other games while waiting in a current game for it to fill. Games should also auto-start once filled to prevent delays (or at least have an option to set it as such).
I guess that the developers have given up on adding the expansions. Crossroads used to appear on the start menu, though you couldn't click on it. It was supposed to be available soon. Now it is gone. Too bad, because without expansions the game is pretty limited. With them I could see it being one of the better, if not the best, board game ports.
I bought this to play with a friend so we wouldn't have to manually keep score, but when we finished our first game our screens showed different point totals at the end. If the game can't even do the math right then it's worthless. Experienced a game breaking bug with chubei at the inn on our second try. Too bad because this is one of my favorite board games and it looks polished otherwise. The crossroads expansion was also 'coming soon' years ago and it looks like they've abandoned it now.
I wanted to give this game 5 stars. I own the boardgame and it's one of my favorite! I enjoy playing it so much that I dropped extra cash for the expansion with the mini figs and soundtrack. Unfortunately the online play is full of bugs, crash, and has only 20 players . There are times where it doesn't do the end game total correctly. I just finished a game where I won chatterbox achievement and it gave it to someone who never stopped at encounter spot. This is why no one plays. Please fix this.
