I was hunting for an addictive, casual "collect them all" game, and this is EXACTLY what I wanted! Breezy gameplay, cute graphics, GENEROUS free rewards, enough challenge/intrigue to make me want to keep filling in the catalogue. I don't mind watching ads because it's all so chill... I don't have to merge,merge,merge and waaait like other games! I get excited opening it up, seeing if an egg has hatched or I can evolve, or spin for a new one... Just enough variety without being too much. LOVE IT!
I'm not far into the game, but so far I really like it, as the controls are simple and the animals are cute. I won't rant so this'll stay short but I enjoy playing it, although I have some tweaks. I only wish that you didn't have to wait as long for eggs, so instead of 3 hours, 12 hours, 1 hour, 6 hours, etc. you could make it 1 hour, 3 hours, 2 hours, etc. Also, this is just a suggestion, but I like most of the names YOU made for them, so I would enjoy a "random" button for naming the animals.❤
I enjoy collection based games like this. The little animals and animation are cute and I enjoy working towards goals. My one complaint is the "free" gem system. I have other app achievements (4) that I am supposed to earn free merge zoo gems for and none of them have followed through, even after contacting support. Some app deals were for a month, then disappeared after I downloaded them. It feels like a trick. I enjoy the game play outside of that issue though.
Really fun game that doesn't make leveling up your animals feel like a chore. The art style is also adorable which is always a plus. When you're low on money you can either close the game for 1-2 hours or so, or you can get lucky boxes which happen frequently and contain a lot of money. Overall a great game, highly recommend it.
