A young girl in the big world of academics? Elena is not willing to accept having to serve coffee forever even though the odds are stacked against her. Ever since her father died in an expedition years ago she hasn’t been thinking about anything else. Are any secrets still buried in the old excavation site? What happened there that caused a human death? Elena will not stop until she uncovers the truth! Even though the old professor and his (very!) charming assistant try their hardest to talk her out of it, she is sure of one thing: if there were no secrets hidden in the past, no one would have stolen the documentation from her father’s expedition. Who is trying to hide the past from her? What is it that she shouldn’t learn? And who is the mysterious woman who watches her from afar?

Good game overall. I had no bugs or issues with the game play. I did get into the story as well. I played on the normal level, but probably could have bumped up to expert. Also, I hope I'm not the only goofball who fell in love with Zeno, and I'd love a Zeno Screensaver. 😍 I'm hoping a sequel is in the works. I do pay for the subscription, because I find games published by Gamehouse to be very re-playable. I've enjoyed them for many years.
EDIT: So I was getting really annoyed with the game continually shutting down on me. So I decided to pay the $9.99 subscription fee even though I really don't have the money for it right now and all of a sudden the issues disappeared. Hmmm..... This game would get 5 stars..... If it didn't keep freezing up on me. I've been a fan of Game House for year's and this game is driving me insane. I'm glad I didn't pay for it like I normally do. Please fix the bugs so I can actually play it.
I love GH games. But I really don't like the new (to me anyway) billing system. I could deal with $10/game. But I just don't play enough to pay $10/mo. Watching full ads before AND after every level spoils the flow of the game. I feel like I spend more time watching ads for other games than playing the one I chose. I don't feel relaxed at all. Just irritated.
The only thing I don't like about this game is that it requires an almost $10 a month membership fee unless you want to watch commercials before and afte every single round. I don't like this game or any of their other games enough to where I want to pay $120 a year to play a game. Shame on the greedy developers for ruining it for everyone. You would think it would be like other games and be a $5 fee to unlock ad free and then you're done but not having to pay a monthly fee. Ridiculous!
