When it works, it is fine. However, many times my kid tries to message me and it doesn't come through...or visa versa (in areas with great LTE and/or our home wifi). It also will often not refresh his location when I try to find him and will just go in an endless loop. We have done a zillion hard resets of the watch. No diff. The iOS version seems to work better. Considering we got this for safety it is really disappointing to not be able to rely on it!!!

Love that I can set alarms for my kiddo, and he is enjoying the games. He loves making sure he gets his goal everyday and I love the sleep tracking. I wish I could initiate a sync from the app, instead of having to ask him. Also, I wish it had the ability to send a one word message if in range (like an indoor play area) so he knows it is time to come eat or just check in bevause i havent seen him in a while.

great watch, app is lacking. bought 2 watches for my kids to track activities and sleep. the watch itself is great. i can easily tell them to do something for a certain amount of time and they can set a timer. the app is really terrible. it is constantly telling us to sync. after a successful sync, and then it says to re-sync. some of the icons do not show up on their watch after several syncs. it seems like the developers are pushed to update without any QA.

I have a garmin that I've had since I was eight and it hasnt ran out of batteries until now, which is 2 years! The only thing I wish they added is maybe something on the app that tracks your watch if you loose it and something that pops up on the screen to tell you your watch needs new batteries. I think a watch tracker would be really helpful because I lost mine and couldnt find it for months, but I finally found it in one of my backpacks. Overall I think both the watch and the app work great!
