The booking process is great and the activities have all been wonderful. The rating system suck out loud. If you don't complete it fully the first time, it still submits. You cannot fix mistakes or add additional information in case something great happened after the activity completed. I had great experiences and the day after the tour, the guides went above and beyond in several ways. Too bad I can't let everyone know about the amazing extras!!
The tour offered pick-up at several locations. The app specified an address for us. We walked to the location that morning, but it turned out they'd pick us up at the hotel directly. It's actually an even better arrangement, but unfortunately the misinformation on the app caused a delay. Upon contacting the driver, we were picked up in time.
I love the app. Easy to use, shows you everything clearly and I do like the pay the 2 day before option. I suppose to fly to Dubai and out of obvious reasons I couldn't. Cancelations of my tours super easy and because I didn't pay before I don't had to wait on money back. I went to Orlando and booked again over "my guide" . Everything went well, prices like the day I booked, reminders of your tours per email . I will definitely keep the app
Reviewing the excursions does not work. Began a review on android and i was unable to see what i was typing because the text entry box was one line and offset from where you type. Then the app crashed without my edits and locked down the review. On top of this, the "5 star" excursion we booked mostly sucked (except for one excellent part) but we were not able to provide constructive criticism or shout out where it was due. The excursions bribe you for a 5 star review before you leave.
