The story is awesome. The mini game even starts off fun. It quickly gets "you have to spend money to win" difficult. Which is really wack. There have been several times the only reason I didn't beat the mini game is because I refused to spend more money. The frustrating part is I don't mind spending money for a game, but when it's rigged to make you NEED to spend money...I feel like I've wasted my time (and the money I've already spent).
a very entertaining game that keeps me playing. eta: yeah, now I'm bored. on my previous review, I had to review to keep playing. now I'm about done. some of the puzzle segments are impossible to pass; if not enough of one color is provided to meet the quota, that's not "hard," it's impossible. and since that's happening more and more, I'm about to let this go and find something more interesting.
I went into this believing it to be a true murder mystery, and for all intents and purposes, it is. The plot is very interesting, and I was ready to jump right in. But, unfortunately, you can barely getting into it due to the ridiculous puzzles that seem to drive you to pay to win. No clues, no solving mysteries, just stupid block puzzles that is solely based on luck and your money.
This game is something else. I'm not sure I want to call an immersive mystery game fun, but I very thoroughly enjoyed it. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible and the story was captivating. Be warned there are mentions of graphic violence. I took off one star since the game does occasionally glitch- the timer to grant more lives often runs into the negatives, and sometimes puzzle pieces will glitch through each other and lock in where they shouldn't be able to. 9/10 You should play.
