App keeps crashing on open. Rebooted phone. Cleared Cache. Uninstalled & Reinstalled the app. It keeps crashing on open. When the app is working, I find the drink logging and mood/energy tracking helpful. I'm not yet going to any meetings. It is misleading that it shows health progress based on how long you've been using the app, not by how much you actually have reduced alcohol consumption.
Good until it wasn't. I signed up & was using the Free 7‐Day trial & was anticipating paying the yearly membership fee. I had been using the app each day to log progress & see other features it offered & was pleased with the app. My year- membership money was charged today & I even got a notification stating I hadn't logged my info for the day. So I went to sign in & now the app won't load at all & says it has a bug. Seems suspicious the app stopped working the day money was collected.
Can't speak much about the app itself since I didn't pay to go further than the questionnaire. Would have been nice to know the cost up front before completing the daunting task. But, the reason for removing two stars is the question about how often I feel regrets about drinking. Choices were: always, often, somewhat often. I very rarely regret drinking, if ever. I actually enjoy drinking. So I felt the app wasn't for me, even though I would like to cut down.
The AI 'insights' are very repetitive and generally unhelpful. I also find the journal prompts to be shallow and uninsightful. It's odd that you move forward in the roadmap even if you don't do the tasks. I spent about 20 days away from the app over the holidays and now the daily readings don't make sense because I'm missing 3 weeks of context. going back to do previous days tasks is overwhelming. I wish the days didn't progress if I don't complete the tasks.
