Top up using gopay app. The credit cannot be updated. Ask the support, the support cannot help. Just asking to update through the other platform. So, what's the essential of using gopay? Already tell the support I have no account Mandiri/Livin, they add another option and asked me to do the update through convince store. Top up online, and then they asked me to update through offline? Funny.
Dissapointing on Avg. Even ignoring the absolutely scummy AI ads they kept pushing, the support is pretty much non-existent. App ìs ensh!tified for lack of better terms; too much ads for a simple capital transfer app. Not to mention as more updates roll around, the app is incredibly sluggish even for QRis and other features. Beyond a last resort for payment methods, would not recommend.
Easy e-wallet with many options and can be used for many purposes. However the international payment sometimes didn't work well and failed, my transaction refunded 7-14 days. Moreover the CS didn't help, they don't really care about your problem and only tell you their regulation nor they will finish your report without response.
For some reason, the paylater cannot be used for payment for the electrical bill without any explanation, then the paylater feature always gets blocked up to 2 weeks. This is really an inconvenience, since this problem just appears in the last 3 months and I am using this app for more than 6 year.
