The app is basically useless it only allows you to suspend or delete a user for all intents and purposes. You can't change passwords, you can't view usage, you can't set passwords. You can't do anything and it's basically a complete waste of time. You have access to none of the dashboard functionality on the webtop view, highly unlike Google who always wants to have everything migrate to an app. Honestly I don't even know why they have it. I can just log in on Brave and emulate desktop.
I cannot sign in. The app automatically links to a different Google account for some reason, not my admin account. And, I cannot add the correct account. I also cannot login via browser, even after trying all the troubleshooting steps, and I have no way to contact support given that I cannot login. So, this is utterly useless to me and it is so annoying to spend so much time trying to troubleshoot a basic issue like login. What am I paying for in a Workspace subscription? Useless.
Shame to google for having such a low standard product! After crashing and clearing the data app doesnt allow to add account, spins in circles asking to add a new ac. and when adding always says already exists.. and if I add completely new admin account, loggs in, shows some data but no way to switch account and then again, suddenly goes back with the same request to add an account. Developers of this app must have been accountable for this! We are paying hundreds per month for this peace of 💩
I'm tried to add my admin email address to Google Admin on my Android, but after I enter it in, it just asks me to enter my email again, and when I enter the email address again, it says that it's already on the device. I tried different approaches, such as clearing it off my phone and adding it through GMail, clearing it again and letting Admin add it, and this program just doesn't work, period.
