The app is getting worse and not driver friendly. Cannot immediately contact for help like before and my destination when I use only once but it states had use twice and goes to 0/0 for the day. Charges most of the time below the total distance traveled. Always i have to cancel because the charges are low and tak berbaloi. Thinking of changing to different ehailing company.
Fuel price hikes make earnings inconsistent for driver-renters. Long pickups but short drop-offs often pay only lower ₱60–₱80, benefiting owners more. Even lower adjusted rental aren’t enough—drivers work over 10 hours daily just to cover fulltank fuel and rental fee. A fair solution is needed for both parties. On the Grab map, the pickup point looks close at first, but upon zooming in, it actually takes 5–10 minutes to reach. It would be fair to add a fee for very distant pickup locations
A practical example of AI app that predicts demand and guides me to jobs so I don't waste time to find passengers. I feel safer to drive as it will match using AI to preferable passengers. I have no worry about the fare as it will compensate in next few trips or incentive in streak session. off peak fare then I am not sure if I can get good fare.
App is useful, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Please improve the fare rates, incentive programs, and driver support. Sometimes the earnings do not match the time and fuel costs. The app performance can also be improved as it occasionally lags or has issues receiving jobs. Hope Grab will listen more to drivers' feedback and make the platform fairer for drivers.
