The online booking is nice and less expensive than booking with an agent. However, there is no direct number to the local station listed. It doesn't make sense to get questions answered only by means of a virtual conversation or online an online agents, who is usually from a foriegn country struggling to understand the English customer; and vice versa. usually with language barriers between the customer and the agent.
The "Track my Trip" feature is sometimes useless. If a bus is running very late, it seems that the app will just lose track of a bus entirely, or else show that it's stationary for 40 minutes 25 miles away. On why this happens I will not speculate, but that it occurred when a bus was over an hour late implies some kind of tracking kill switch if it reflects poorly on the company.
If make any mistakes on your travels or booking, they are so unforgiving. I made a mistake on booking my last trip and I was charged an extra $187. I had no choice but to or loose the original trop fare. I have spent around $3000. on trips lately. looking back ,it was a waste. And I'm sure the trunk of a var would be more comfortable.
PayPal confirmation kept having issues when doing it on my phone. I had to switch apps to take a look at the security code sent to my email. Every time I did that the security verification for PayPal was interrupted on the Greyhound app. I had to restart the PayPal security verification all over again about three more times until it finally worked.
