Pretty good app, but definitely needs some improvements. It's nice to be able to find the location of products. My issue is that there is no way to sort a saved list that you create. The list is only in the order in which you added items to your saved list. That's not especially helpful. You should be able to sort your saved list it in multiple ways - alphabetical by brand name, by product type, by isle number. Will rate the app again after more helpful improvements are made.
Can't add a payment method, have gone over and over it, every time I tried adding a card, PayPal it just says error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried logging out and back in. nothing works. There is absolutely no contact for help on this, no help desk, no phone number, nothing. It sucks to have spent all this time creating a shopping list only to not be able to buy it not for pickup or delivery. Maybe it would be helpful if there was a helpline or a way to contact someone.
Navigating through the app is amazing. I love that I can find where things are in the store, though I've found some items to be wrong, or vague on location. The one issue I'm coming across is that I just tried placing my first pick up order last night and was unable to add a payment method. I tried 2 separate debit cards, and it just kept giving me "error. Something went wrong." I tried on both the app and website, and neither would work.
Cluttered interface, no saved shopping lists. I had 5 saved shopping lists I cycled through for meal planning. All gone, and no ability to create new ones. To make it even better, I can barely even find the items I want because the filters are virtually nonexistent and the app pushes random, unrelated products. The new version is NOT WORTH USING. I'm deleting it.
