Problematic from the start with connecting to washing machine. after finally getting it connected it worked fine for a few weeks but now no longer starts the washing machine from the app, just freezes and does nothing. (have tried logging out, logging in, deleting cache, reinstalling app, reconnecting washer to WiFi) It will however send me a message when the cycle has finished. Waste of time. Just get a normal washer.
Every time this app updates, it loses my appliances and there for the settings I have saved. This time it updated my washer dryer into a wine fridge, and no way to wash my clothes without dragging the washer out and unplugging it, resetting the WiFi, deleting and redownload I the app, trying.to remember all the settings I had saved on the app, and starting.all over again. This is simply the worst app for the highest value spend on a washer dryer I've ever made. You need some good developers.
Really impressed with this gadgetry. Up to now I've always just whacked the Washing Machine on the same setting everytime. Whereas the app give the opportunity to see the different options and what the different types of wash achieve. A really nice "trick bit" is that when the Washing Machine finishes its cycle you have the option to transfer that info over to the Dryer so that it selects the most efficient drying program. Top stuff.... and it's works!
Love this app. I bought a HoN washing machine as it has a wireless option. As a disabled person with carers, having the app gives me the ability to choose which programme I want to wash my laundry. There are so many programmes to choose from, including customised programmes. The app is easy to use & has quite a few other features as well.
