Unable to view notifications. When I open the app and click to see notifications, I get an error message saying "oops something went wrong. please try again at a later time." It's been nearly 2 weeks and I keep getting the same result. This app isn't exactly user friendly and I initially liked it so much. I have tried uninstalling then downloading the app a few times already and nothing works. Still shows I have multiple notifications but I can't access them.
At first I thought this app would help me feel more positve, connected and learn how to deal with my MS and stress, but after keeping it for a week, it is more of a pity party. No matter how positive I post someone has to bring in the negatives. There arent many articles that are helpful and some of the links in the app don't work.
I like this app. I can connect with other psoriasis patients, ask questions to the experts, and have access to educational articles. I also enjoy the meditation exercises. I had a technical issue one day and after communicating with support, they resolved it within one business day.
Downloaded this before my diagnosis. Been diagnosed for almost a year. This app works on my android phone. Its good for reading or sharing tips, tricks, experiences. They say there are "professionals" on the app but I still advise to contact your primary doctor before trying any medications or treatments that isn't over the counter or that is not yet prescribed by your primary doctor. I absolutely love this app tho. Found the add for this app on fb. Lucky find if you ask me
