I have been doing the beginner techniques for a couple of weeks now & just started incorporating some intermediate moves. Only complaints I have is some of the longer moves, like right grasp the birds tail, would be easier to learn if the animation was broken up into more parts, & some of the animations are mirror image while others are not. Also the beginner 60 day challenge is way too easy & the intermediate is too hard, it needs more of an in-between transition.
Awesome. All the basics plus advance. Has videos. My only issue is the lessons are too short so I would recommend spamming the basics to really nail them and watch the videos for the more esoteric movements, and/or difficult one stretches. Has many different levels of difficulty. Also has calories tracking feature.
A Positive Experience . Great workout for all ages and physical conditions. Ads are well posted to minimize distractions and allow the user to enjoy the exercises. Two suggestions: 1. Animations Play Back speed- reduce to x 95 - x 90 for easier visualization and follow with the music. 2. Male voice at equal speed as animations. Overall, a five star App.
I think this is a very good app so far (I hope it doesn't get harder) as there is a seated option. It also shows you the movement before the 1 minute timer starts and continues throughout the minute. It audibly telling you when it is half way through, but also shows the countdown as well. It is also very good as you can continue to the next day, but you don't have to do it every day, which makes it more flexible and easier to continue doing it. It is definitely worth trying this app.
