I love the listening options, you can start a conversation with the AI tutor based on whatever you listen to. The problems are that the voices don't change and you can't mix languages when speaking. "Cómo se dice 'I like tea'" wouldn't be understood. After a few days: customer service says their AI can only understand 1 language. Maybe when they fix these issues, I'll retry, but for now, it's not for me.
