Language learning made fun
App seems to work well in free mode. Except I'll sometimes get a notification that 10 free minutes have been added to my study time when I load the app. But when I go to study it tells me I have no more time remaining and must wait for my next free 5 minute time period. I like the interface so far, just don't enjoy being lied to.
Great app, I've been using OkyDoky (formerly Hey lingo) for more than a year, I like the approach because they're teching you conversation and actual sentences. The only thing I dislike are the daily reminders to continue learning - how can I turn them off? I've logged out of the app but they keep popping up and it's really annoying. Thanks!
More challenging than other apps, gives you more useful phrases, so good to have actual Portuguese on an app rather than Brazilian. I had a problem transferring my account from my old iPhone to my new Google pixel, but the customer service were amazing and sorted it all with no issues.
Promising, but it is not giving me 5min free a day anymore, after trying the app yesterday. I suspect the timer resets after precisely 24h but that makes it very difficult to use in a versatile way (if it's part of our morning routine and we wake up a little earlier than the day prior for example). If that's the case, could you reset it at a fixed "1am on the user location" instead? This way it'd be more consistent and the users could easily make it a habit (which would benefit you).
