I was having a difficult time getting to see a facility to get physical therapy. This app allowed me to get the PT I need without having to leave my home. I have suggested Hinge App to a number of people. It's convenient, comprehensive, and there are a number of ways you are encouraged to continue with your exercises. If you are busy, and need some help reducing some chronic muscle/joint pain, Hinge health will help.
I enjoy the convenience of the app and how easy it is to do the exercises and the variety of videos.I have not enjoyed another app as much as I have with Hinge. The easy access of reaching out to a therapist, whether thru message or video. I would definitely recommend this app to my friends and family. And not to mention after doing your exercises for a number of days, they send you free gifts to compliment your exercises.
Free stuff, access to real humans in the form of a physical therapist and a health coach (at least I've been told they're not AI), responsive, can use your phone camera to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly. You can target 3 problem areas (ex. neck, shoulder, elbow). Quick sessions that you can squeeze in on your lunch break. No complaints.
Doesn't work on Android devices. I was able to open and use Hinge Health half the time if I deleted and reinstalled, cleared the cache, turned off wifi, and opened and closed it repeatedly. Expect a blank screen most of the time. The only reason I persevered was to meet the 12 day streak necessary to get access to the Enso device. Customer support is worthless. They tell me they don't recognize my email address. Epic fail. Don't waste your time.
