The processing and delivery is too slow. I ordered a gift for my friend a week before her birthday and it reached a week after her birthday -_- I agree the products available here are not easily available elsewhere, but most of the other apps which have similar offers have speedy delivery. Plus the app has many bugs which doesn't make it very user friendly. Please update it.
Very less brands and less products even in those brands! Not sure if it is because of the lockdown. The app mandates registration of personal information and does not let you browse first without registering. Good thing was that they did not disrupt the experience with ads popping in!
This app offers products with low prices but when you place order they deliver you wrong product. Then you have to email them regarding the concern and after 2-3 days they get back to you and guess what , again they deliver you some another product totally irrelevant. After much of e-mails and trying to contact them, you somehow manage to get your money back. This has happened to me twice. Also they provide no compensation after so many irrelevant deliveries from their side.
Not at all recommended for Professionals. Here are the reasons: I had placed my first order for 3 products. They arrived very late & one of them was damaged. Customer support agreed to arrange return pickup but till date neither the pickup has happened nor the replacement / refund. Moreover, the products purchased also do not seem to be genuine / worth the high prices paid. Based on my bad experience in my very first order, I would not recommend shopping through Boddess to anyone.
