What is HSK?
HSK stands for Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (Chinese: 汉语水平考试) which is the standard Chinese language test in mainland China. You can take either a written HSK exam or an online exam. If you want to study in a Chinese university or work in a Chinese company, this is the test they use to measure your Chinese level. Entry into a Chinese university normally requires HSK 4, HSK 5 or HSK 6.

User Reviews
Way too expensive ($89 for lifetime access) and free version limits you to 5 minutes a day. I didn't get a chance to figure out whether the lessons are any good as it cut my day off before I even got to finish a single lesson. There are many great and affordable apps for studying and testing by the HSK levels. I recommend trying one of the ones that are both more affordable and don't have daily time limits on the free version. I'm uninstalling just 10 minutes after installing it.
Useful but some bugs - many of the questions have more than one correct answer. Also, after paying for the full version, it's still impossible to access all parts of the app without paying even more money. The AI component to check writing is not included in the full version purchase (it must be paid for separately as a subscription instead of one-time purchase)
It's okay at best. Main issue right now, is that with the multiple choice questions, the blocks with the answers in it don't fit, so you can only see part of the sentence... like "used at the end of the sentence..." and the rest you can't see and there's multiple questions with that answer. Basically not formatted well.
Developer Lied in Response: There are many untranslated sections that do not give you the ability to translate the word or sentence without the AI subscription. DON'T BE FOOLED! I bought the lifetime subscription only to find out that they purposefully refuse to provide many translations. You need to buy their stupid AI. No cut and paste. Nothing. It is a nightmare trying to learn; even after buying their product. ANYTHING is better than this snake oil.
