The product worked well and was very interesting, but once I purchased a subscription, it erased all of my recordings and notes. Since purchasing, I have lost half of my recordings Or they are unintelligible. Tech support people are nice but slow and I want a refund. 4 MONTHS LATER I can't get a refund. The app only records for 90 minutes. I need instructions but haven't received any yet. Audio d/ls go somewhere but no instructions. transcripts are incomplete and tech supp doesn't respond.
The app worked ok for a single short voice to text activity. I gave it one star because 1) there was a lot of difficulty logging in, and 2) I thought I had a three day free trial but as soon as I logged in there was a message that my card on file was charged. I don't know how much or what I paid for. I tried looking at my account info, nothing about that, I still cannot find it. I just tried a three minute clip, in English. The notes are in German!?!? I uninstalled this app.
does not do what it was supposed to do. Couldnt create notes when the background has little background noice interfering with the audio. which means you need to be in a quiet room (soundroof) to record the meeting or any disturbances would not allow it to record or create notes. I was hoping this app would work, but it's too good to be true right now.
I attended a very important convention last weekend. I can no longer take notes. However, this app is insane. I provided notes along with core concepts and important take away. It also noted the various contributors and key elements of their presentation. Fabulous, just fabulous.
