Missing sync to Google Fit. I reached out to support 45 days ago and they said it would be fixed with the next update. Just updated and still no Google Fit option in Settings page, only Strava. Otherwise this app is really nice once you learn your way around. Connection to the bike works every time so far. I like that I have the free guided training option with a premium bike.
No support on how to use ready-made workouts. The recording feature worked if I connected to the app and went into 'power training' on the bike, but when I connected to the bike after it asked me to so that I can start a ready-made workout, my app screen and the bike screen didn't sync. I tried every which way I could think of to get it to work.
I'm not able to connect with my Strava account via Google login! I get a 403 disallowed useragent error, since the browser the app uses to sign into Google doesn't comply with their "use secure browsers" policy. Because of that, and since I'm not aware of an option to manually download my workout files so I can manually upload them to Strava, the app isn't all that useful to me.
App crashes on samsung Galaxy S9. It works to record a workout, but crashes every time if you try to use it to follow a workout. Their tech support is unresponsive. I'm very disappointed because older versions of the app worked well. Up date: The latest update rendered it completely useless on my phone. Won't even run it all! Worthless app.
