The support person is friendly but I was poorly matched.The articles are badly written.Are their therapists overwhelmed and underpaid? Scheduling. There is a calendar, but there were no available slots. Instead, there was a long exchange of messages. When I asked for a new therapist I got an even worse match, which ignored specific requests made. Asked 4 money back for at least the 2nd service purchased, which I never used. I didn't even ask for my money back for the 1 month that I tried using.
The therapists are very nice and helpful in this app. Unfortunately the app itself is pretty much broken. Android notifications don't work. I have to open the app every 5 min to check for notifications. I get repeated daily email notifications for messages that doesn't exist. So i had to filter the emails out. The video chat app doesn't work half of the time. Messages appear late and I have to close the app and reopen it to refresh the chat.
Therapists on the app are not really professional, I have had 3 different and all of them were undergoing some training and didn't look like they knew what they were doing. All of them completely missed my ADHD ( have been recently diagnosed with the help of the different therapist from Mindler app) Ifeel app itself was glitching a lot too. My work was paying for it, but even then I feel they should choose more competent professionals.
My experience with iFeel was great. Marta helped me get through one of the darkest periods of my life. She gave me a personal approach to talk therapy, listened and understood everything I said, and empowered me with the right emotional tools, exercises and perspectives to make the choices I needed to make to pull myself out of my anxiety and depression. Beyond the therapy itself, the app is good, the plans are relatively cheap, and the experience is very positive. I can't reccomend this enough
