Love that you can control your card. I had to lock my card to prevent anybody dishonest from using it when I had left it at a place of business. All ended up well. It gave me such peace of mind. I also like that it let's me know when a purchase has been made on my card. If I didn't make the purchase all I do is lock it and let my bank know. 1st rate app for sure!! Love it!!
The fingerprint thing goes off every once in awhile but for the most part it and the app work great. I love being able to easily transfer balances from account to account. I only wish I could use my HELOC to electronically pay bills. It's only possible to pay bills by a physical check at this time, unfortunately. The app is solid in my opinion.
My application has been "signing out" for two weeks. I cannot use the app at all during this time and have also uninstalled and re-installed the application thinking that would help. It is doing the same thing again after one use. Cannot do as much as some bigger banks apps, but that is expected. Eta. App usually works ok. Not great. This week it's taking a lot of extra time to load. Sleepy app. Please fix
Everything I use PC for I can do with this app, plus! Update: Since the added security measures have been active I have a LOT of trouble accessing my accounts. I dislike having to use texted code everything I use app. I NEVER receive the texts. The help person for the app was unable to correct that. Update 01/25. It's been nearly 5 years since my 1st complaint regarding not receiving the text codes for logging in. I STILL don't get them. When required I send code to husband's phone.
