Was quite enjoyable (after purchasing the no ads upgrade) until level 22. After that, it seems impossible to make progress without paying for additional upgrades. The cannon mini game gives less rewards. I'm usually ok to grind through levels over and over, but I've played the same level about 10x without success. I even used gems to upgrade my stats but it was still not possible to complete the level.
right from the get go, couldn't use the cannon. Just wouldn't move. shut it down, restarted the app. cannon worked for the first battle, then froze again. but this time I could move the cannon but it just wouldn't shoot at all. rinse and repeat half a dozen times. love the art style, but if the game is broken, the art style is kinda pointless.
The game was a fun time killer. More strategy than you might think at a first look. Would have given it 5 stars, but I just made a purchase for $10 for the permanent 2x level boost. I was constantly watching the ads to get them so figured why not. Well, I paid, the game shows I bought it, but the stat boost just don't apply. Not after a restart or anything. So I'm out 10 bucks and there's no customer support in the game, so guess I'll settle for giving it 1 star. Don't spend money on it.
Loving the game at first. I bought the mega pack and loved double speed and no ads at all. Around chapter 24 the enemies lost their levels. Was hitting them for 20000 damage and they had 50 hit points. Then at chapter 25 it crashed while loading every time. Finally wouldn't load game at all. Had to reinstall. Would like to get my Purchase and everything else back. Could not link it to my Google account so nothing was saved and restored.
