About Xiao-E
Xiao-e is a tool application for otoscope.
Through Wi Fi and connecting ear picking equipment, the real-time picture of ear canal can be displayed on the mobile phone, and the ear canal can be easily pulled out to see the situation in the ear canal.
At the same time, when you preview the real-time picture, you can take photos and video to save the pictures or videos at that time, so as to compare whether there is any abnormality in the ear canal.

Camera details aren't such a high quality. The camera does not have a solid stream. It keeps glitching still, and it can't keep up with the motion of my hand. The camera keeps cutting off as well and I have to constantly turn it back on every 5 seconds. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app, but the same thing keeps happening. It has potential. I was at least able to see inside my ear before the camera cut off.
App is needed to view the footage being taken by the unit so you can check for ear wax. Can also record video, take still pictures, landscape mode, left and right ear choice. The one thing that is difficult at first was looking at the video feed and trying to move the unit so that you could see where you needed to clean. Takes a little getting use to besides that App works well with the unit I purchased.
Worked perfectly for a while, now the camera does not turn on, even after cleaning it. The led lights turn on, but no camera. I tried reinstalling the App to see if that was the problem, checked connection/internet and went through all the troubleshooting specs.. camera just died. I cannot find any information on how to fix the camera.
Used to work fine, though it lags a bit. Now, it connects but the screen doesn't show up at all. Battery is fully charged, but battery icon on screen is crossed out red, so nothing shows. This is my 2nd one that ended up this way. Will not purchase any wireless earwax removal tool again. Should be able to work if plugged in, but low battery removes the screen/view completely, which is bad design.
