Great app, but constant bugs. We've had the same issue with every Kahoot app. It works okay for a few days and then starts crashing after the loading screen. Debugging, restarting, and reinstalling don't work. The subscription package is unnecessarily complicated and there's very little online support. Would not recommend.
They've removed the option to purchase this as a separate app and you have to buy their scammy subscription. In 2022, the hacked up the old apps and made them subscription based, but you could still find the individual purchase option. I verified that Algebra 12+ still accepts my second time around singular purchase. No luck for this one. Weep for the youth, cause this company has trashed an amazing app.
Tried to sign up for a free trial and somehow misread things and ended up with two monthly subscriptions between this and Big Numbers. Can one of them be refunded or customer service contact me so we can change one charge over to purchasing an app instead? Thanks! My kids are loving the apps but figuring out the family subscription is confusing me.
I have purchased two of the dragonbox apps before it was Kahoot and I'm sure both times we tried a freebie "lite" version before I purchased the whole game but that's not possible for this app. If you download this version you confirm you're the parent, watch a video then are prompted to subscribe with a free week trial or buy the full app. I really don't appreciate having to give my payment details up just to try a product despite being prepared to pay the full £8 if I could try it first.
