The creepy ice-cream seller Rod has kidnapped your friend Charlie. Using dark supernatural powers, he has frozen him and taken him in his van. What if more children are trapped in this nightmare?

one of my absolute favorite games. I'm only giving it four because with the new missing guard update, if I try to use any of my boosters, it gives me an error in a different language. I googled it, and it said that it was a connection error. but I have a perfectly good connection. so, keplarians, if you see this, please fix it. also, the ads can be annoying, but you need them since it's a free game. I understand also, this happens with ice scream Two and three aswell
I like Ice Scream. it has a suitable introduction to the series which is good, but the gameplay is tedious. A consistent chase theme is nowhere in sight. when playing on normal through nightmare its hard to tell when he has stopped chasing you. Yes the music will stop, but he doesnt. Also the inability to look around while in a hideout is a missed opportunity, especially in the trashcan. maybe its the machinery in his mask, but Rod walks way too slow. I know the game isn't perfect, but its ok🫂
The new graphics are good but there are some cons to it which we need internet now unlike in the older version. The ai voices instead of actual voice acting for the new characters, which sounds terrible. The new main menu is okay but the older one is way much better. The skins for rod doesn't really fit the theme of the game it's just my opinion. The boosters/shortcuts makes the game a lot more easier. The coin system dosen't fit. The next turn puzzle at the cafeteria is now gone. UI looks bad.
Started playing this 5 years ago, I finally got enough courage to beat on normal mode lol. but I noticed the list of items is gone and watch an ad to find them, also my screen glitches when the arrow mode is turned on. many times when trying to run from rod it turned me around straight into him,also the joystick part was a little touchy, sometimes I would be trying to move and no movement occurred. the music didn't work when rod was behind me, usually it warns you.
