I played this game some years back, and a lot of the changes from then to now are pretty good. Some changes I don't like is that I can no longer work when I want. The lights, especially outdoor ones, don't actually illuminate anything. I do miss when I could decide what time of day I wanted it to be though. Wish they had more color options for furniture. I love that's there's many options for furniture and wallpaper. A very calm decoration game.
The game is fun at first but it gets boring after awhile. It's the same 5 houses, same, interior designs to use, etc. There's so many styles of wallpapers, flooring, furniture, etc and we use the same 4 designs for each house with the same few scenarios but switched around. The only way you can use all of the designs and such, is if you're designing your own home. If we were able to use more of the materials it would be an even better game.
I really enjoyed this game but the latest update had me uninstalling it. I had this game on two different devices. After the latest update, both went from having over 100k in coins to spend on the designs to less than 60k without me doing anything. I shrugged it off, redid one of the houses and somehow came out nearly 20k less than when I started. Plus the prices on everything dropped (nice!) but so did the amount you earn from 'working' ($7600 to 750 as the high). Not worth it.
I really love this game. I want to go into real estate, and this game provides a nice example of it! if I may recommend one thing, I think new furniture would be lovely. Specifically more wood styles, children's items, variety in designs and colors, maybe a color wheel, etc. I think that it would be nice personally. In the end, I love this game so much! it's very fun :)
