Mobile POS... There was no PC interface for anything except for customers when they order online, they have recently claimed there's a web version but I can't get it to work. So if it exists, is not user friendly. It's a very very basic app to show your items and process sales. It's limited in customization options and don't get me started on the 1 color options for your entire site. Forget personalization! Just starting out? On a budget? It'll do... For now!
I would like the site to include a shipping feature and the ability to accept payment virtually rather than in person with the chip reader. We ship products so we still have to send invoices via PayPal and accept payment outside of the app which just leaves room for disorganization. Other than this, the app functions just fine and usually works well for customers ordering via kyte.
The app is good and reliable but so many bugs. Sometimes it won't print online or offline. After 5 years of using Kyte it is mostly buggy. You need to reinstall the app enable to use it and to print.
"I am not satisfied with the current receipt layout. The product prices are not clearly visible and the formatting is disorganized. I request that you fix this as soon as possible and organize it like this: Product Name — Quantity × Unit Price = Total Price Example: Shampoo 2 × 15$ = 30$ Please update this format at your earliest convenience."
