Really good game, but I think the chance of rare letters is too high. Even with max letters available in single, my choices are limited. It has made the single player game unfun; I'm constantly stuck with 3 or 4 letter words that I've never even seen. It's not interesting or fun to deal with a JFHUUUVZH spread. So I think the randomization needs tuning, and/or the ability to choose which level of that upgrade we want to use. Risk/reward. I miss spelling normal words but now I'm stuck with this.
A lovely little game, with an easy to understand game play. It's a beautifully animated game too, I love the personality. Definitely learning new words, especially ones I've never heard of. The words in the dictionaries can come from different cultures and regions of the world. Easy to pick up and put down. I don't know if it pulls from the same dictionary in the country I'm in. I'm trying to spell alot of common words and the game isn't recognizing them. Other than that minor gripe, love it!!
i don't usually leave reviews for things i download, as of course, they're usually just time killers i dont think twice about. but for the first time in a while, i've found a game addictive here. the lack of ads, the very rewarding points and level system, coins seem to pay out enough for you to be comfortable, upgrades feel truly substantial and allow freedom in how each player takes their ability from 0-100. i ended up addicted to word games recently, but even moreso this one.
Very solid game. I'm thoroughly enjoying it and I've been playing it non-stop for like 2 days now. The mechanic I dislike is the single player mode. It's really lame in comparison to the cooperative mode. Points don't stack up nearly as much because you're limited on characters & cooperative isn't fun all the time because you get stuck creating new games and not getting replies. Overall when the replies to your games are rolling in, it's great.
