Cogs is a multi-award-winning puzzle game where players build increasingly complex machines using sliding tiles 3D. Originally launched in 2009, we remastered Cogs in 2025, rebuilding it from the ground up to look amazing on modern hardware!
INVENTOR MODE
Starting with simple puzzles, players are introduced to the widgets that are used to build machines — gears, pipes, balloons, chimes, hammers, wheels, props, and more.
TIME CHALLENGE MODE
If you finish a puzzle in Inventor Mode, it will be unlocked here. This time, it will take fewer moves to reach a solution, but you only have 30 seconds to find it.
MOVE CHALLENGE MODE
Take your time and plan ahead. Every tap counts when you only get ten moves to find a solution.

OMG I LOVE 2D SLIDING PUZZLES!!!! THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND WELL POLISHED AND TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY!!! No ads rocks, and makes it feel so much less spammy - as opposed to free 2D puzzle games. So beautiful, so simple, just too much fun!!! Is right up there with ColorZen and Desert Golf!!! Idk why i took so many yrs to but it. xD It's been on my wishlist wayyyyy too long. Brilliant game it is harder to use than the pc version because on here you pinch the screen to rotate , on pc you just hold the mouse down. If i owned the company i would have took a gamble and found somebody to make these as real hand held puzzles.

I love this very challenging puzzle game. Each challenge is different and makes you really think about the best way to solve it. The gears and steam pipes really make it fun.
