The app is very poor and frustrating. Unresponsive and slow: when the requested temp for a heating device is higher/lower than the detected temp, the status "in need of heating" takes a lot of time to update to Yes/No and sometimes doesn't change at all! The device is constantly synced, so the problem is caused by Enki not the device. The app/hub keeps connecting/disconnecting, Again, prob caused by Enki coz other smart home apps function well. I'm thinking of replacing all my smart devices.
the app has been improved and the developers have been doing a Great job! quick, reliable and really easy to use. the English translation is good. I really recommend Enki to all my friends and family. the iot lights and WiFi sockets make everything better and easy to setup
I really like the app when it works. However, a lot of times my Aircon goes offline and I have to unplug it and replug it , which is useless if I am trying to adjust the temperature for when I get home. And I know it's an issue with the app because I have several devices hooked up on the same network but different apps, and none of them goes offline randomly.
This app will ask you for an incredible amount of information they definitely do not need to do what the app it's supposed to do. It's just to sell your private info. Takes a few seconds to load whatever device you're trying to use also.
