It's ok. This game is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND IM NOT SPENDING MY CASH ON IT! Very aggravating at times. Been stuck on the same level forever! Takes too long for hearts to revive. Uses too many hearts. Too much going on at one time. UNLESS u wanna spend cash then and just then might you progress better and faster I'll play during down times on other games. I also DID NOT receive my 5000 coins at times I just wanna throw my phone it gets so aggravating but....... not worth me getting a new phone!
The updates are ridiculous. At least once a month we are forced to update in the play store and several times a month it's an in game update that takes forever. And they use huge amounts of data. There has to be a better way than this. And the game has become more and more unstable. I get the "unknown error" and "unstable network" alerts all the time. It's a fun game but the updates and buggy connection issues are sucking the fun out of it
The game itself is really good and quite interesting but their technicians are not. So many problems appear and don't even try to fix them. And the bad thing is I bought some items from this game and it only gave me one item ( there are 3 items in the package). I tried to contact their customers care and the reply was they have already gave me everything. That's it. Not helping at all. Really bad service. Beware when you decide to buy some items from this game.
It's a super interesting game!! But the functioning of this app is just pure rubbish and there's no one else to blame than those technicians behind the scene. The app is ALWAYS buggy to say the least, sometimes also force you to reboot cuz it says "unknown error" or "network error". At this precise moment, I can't even log in to the app, cuz apparently "I have an internet issue" even though I have full bar signal LOL
