the game looks awesome. character models and animations are cool. the downside is the gameplay isn't very exciting. every match ive played i just use the same 3 skills and steamroll everything with out effort. I could stand in place and occasionally pick up exp and just win by default. it meeds a much larger selection of skills and synergies to spice things up. bosses should be scary not little kittens that hit like marshmallows.
Pleasently surprised with the combat, pace of advancing through the game, and the rougelike components. This is just what I was looking for and I haven't been able to put it down. There doesn't seem to be a pay wall, which is great because I rarely spend money on android games. It is absolutely worth trying out.
basic gameplay loop is fun. biggest issue I have is with how often the game crashes. It's near impossible to get any of the rewards from the ads because it locks up the application. I've had one of the daily get gold challenges hit zero timer, kill boss, and it stays on that screen and definitely. It's been too much time restarting the application.
Game has beautiful graphics and some pretty entertaining gameplay, but I give it 2 stars. First, the game looks great, but it's a vertical game. For these styles, it really needs to be horizontal. Second reason is because they charge you $25 for a new character. I get it, they need to make money, but you only get 3 without spending that much on a new one. As far as I can tell, there's no way to get them without spending. Great effort, but falls short imo. Try for yourself :)
