Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an 8×8 grid. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. The objective is to checkmate the opponent's king by placing it under an inescapable threat of capture.

Hardly ever played chess, likely because I stunk at playing chess. Since I now have plenty of time on my hands, I decided to get this ap and re-learn the game and practice more. Graphics are of great quality. Great learning tool. This is apparently a great leaning tool. As I got better, the tablet would also get better. I started to get frustrated because it would win quckly and frequently. At this point, I would rathet play a human. Losing against a computer can be annoying.
Best 3D Chess game I have found yet because I don't like playing 2D boards. I just wish (suggestion) that the daily puzzle was at the same level as the level the player is at or on. I like the concept of a daily puzzle because the player doesn't have to play an entire game to get to a challenging point. I didn't like some of the glitches and technical rules but overall this game would be one a Chessmaster could enjoy. (Which I am not)
Good chess app. Have had this chess game for quite a few years now. Usually play a game daily. There are a number of positive aspects to this chess game (you can play offline, you have a few selections for the style of chessboard you prefer to play on, a daily challenge, and perhaps the best thing of all is that there are zero ads!). One thing though that is sorely missing is that no stats whatsoever are kept for your games played. Adding this to the app would make it much more enjoyable.
Love and addicted to this game, it has helped me go from beginner to advanced in a matter of weeks! You can get tips on where to move using the lightbulb, go back any time you make a wrong move, a daily challenge which you can win by using the lightbulb to guide you, play all of the levels provided you win one from the level before, learn the advanced moves then go back and slaughter the beginners! And, you can change the board designs. Super impressed!!
