Excellent service! I've been using Lulu Exchange for remittance transfers for the past 5–6 years, and my experience has always been great. One suggestion: The Lulu Money app should allow customers to remove or replace their saved debit card themselves. I contacted customer service and was informed that the card can only be removed by sending an email. Adding a self-service option in the app would make it much more convenient.
Extremely misleading app! When you initiate the transfer, it shows a higher, competitive exchange rate. But once the money is processed, they apply a completely different, lower rate and the receiver gets less money. This is hidden cheating. Fix this discrepancy immediately! i am just uninstalling this app
Hard to Work out why they struggle. Carream money transfer works great and it's back Office is lulu. But the lulu app directly, I've had around 15% of transactions fail, they just get stuck and you have to spend a lot of time getting your money back.... The latest pain, needing a uert number for a stuck transfer in ksa, phone staff can't help, and email requests is on day 4, 5 chases and nothing... Fit a basic reference number...
I has been using this app for sending money. However, recently had pretty awful experience. The customer service unable to receive the call. So better to send email. That might help. After long hrs, I finally received my amount. Sometimes, the processing is slow, they need to fix this issue.
