What's the point? I never leave reviews for apps.... but seeing as lush is pushing this..... There are never exclusive items or events, You can't purchase anything, it doesn't make any sense, and it's never updated.... Useless app! Don't even bother downloading it.
So frustrating that the app has not been completed for Android. iOS app is much better with a variety of features that haven't been available on Android for over a year at least. Developers need to sort this, especially as Lush staff need to use this at work.
Doesn't work. I scanned the code with no issues using my normal camera. My phone then sent me a link to download lush labs. Fantastic. I download the app and the qr codes won't scan 🤦🏻♀️ utterly pointless app really unless you want to speak to a personal shopper. Bit disappointing for lush to be honest :(
Given a note to download and use app to scan QR code to find out what's in my gift. It gave me results about a random product I hadn't even received. Completely pointless.
