I love love this app and we have used it for years. I really need the map in the inbox (any map really) to offer more base layers (hybrid and satellite) and for the markers to work off lat/long in all areas. When that happens I will be able to use the scheduling features. Without those things, it's just an excellent form app but not great as a good field service solution for anyone that works in places that don't have street addresses. And yes, I have already submitted these ideas to support!
App will not work for Android users with the latest update. My company has not been able to use the app for over two months now, and they act like it's no big deal
Job Tickets don't link to PC which is pretty Mickey mouse but otherwise a pretty decent program.
sometimes you have to close app for normal settings
