WHY IS THE CLIPBOARD DISABLED?! The ONE necessary feature disabled? you had one job. Also, the loading and syncing times are atrocious. I try to load up a doc, and im stuck watching a loading circle until my screen goes dark. and its NOT my signal. I've tried it on both on and off wifi with the same result. at times I just give up because it takes too long and switch to Google or wait until I get home to use a computer. defeats the purpose of this app
Apps are not opening since the last update. I just keeps buffering. I was trying to pull up a powerpoint and screen share it, but it kept loading and never would populate. Extremely frustrating. Also, I can't edit fully without having to buy certain parts. Also, I find it harder to share the documents with others or even email them as an attachment different. The app was not bad but now it needs major help.
I absolutely despise how it automatically opens to the copilot chat every time. I'm using this app so that I can access my files on my phone, not to talk to some robot. Completely inaccessible and frustrating to use—and once I finally do figure out how to get to files, which is under "search" for some reason, it takes at least 15 minutes of syncing time to open anything. I don't know why I bother.
I use it to sync my work between my laptop, phone, and tablet. It is amazing when it works. However, I have begun having issues over the last year with the app on my phone and tablet not syncing updated work. No matter how many times you force a sync, it will not pull in any docs. (And yes, I did check for updates each time, and there were none) The only solution I've found thus far is to completely remove the app and re-download it. After that, there are no more issues.
