I used to love this game. but recently ive been playing a lot less. when I'm merging to get devolvement points, my points will randomly reset without me buying any new products. just 2 minutes ago I was playing for 35 minutes, including watching ads to get to 2,220 development points. as soon as I got to 2,000 my points reset mid merging. I'm actually really mad. this has been happening very often and it's making me not want to play at all. I've deleted and redownloaded. updated. nothing helped
I absolutely love this game, but the downside is that some of the ads are not working properly. Especially the doordash ad as it locks up, and you have to reload the game. I keep constantly getting the doordash ad now, and it's annoying. I know some have an ad count down timer, but the doordash one doesn't. If it's possible, just remove the doordash one temporarily as it impacts the rewards.
Didn't get what I paid for. I find this game adorable and fun, but I left one star because I paid 1.99 for the First Recharge Pack. Even though I was billed, I didn't get any of the items that it said I would. Waited a bit to see if maybe it was just late, or takes time, but it has been a few days now since I bought it. If this can be fixed I'll gladly change my review. Update: Waited a week and sent an email, nothing has changed except being told to email them in this reply. I have uninstalled.
I've been playing just shy of 2 months, and I was having a blast until very recently; I'd even made a few small purchases. I'd actually buy more if not for how things changed. The further I get, the more buggy it becomes. I've even tried reinstalling, but nothing stops it from eventually glitching again. Last night, all of my Candy Cart progress reset when I was almost to the end, just 3 hours before daily reset, and it crushed me. I don't use Facebook, so I can't even contact support for help.
